The West Coast Diet: Dude, eat tofu and sprouts. Folllowed with overpriced mineral water.

The Movie Theater Diet: Don't be silly. You can't afford food at a movie theater.

The Guy Diet; Eat lots of spicy, fried food with beer. Chase with antacids.

Chromium, copper, iron, magnesium: if you take all those supplements, you'll set off the metal detector at the airport.

If the counter guy offers you fries with that, it's rude to refuse.

It's not overeating. its stockpiling calories.

SHUT UP AND PUT UP

UPDATE....... DAY 2 
DID YOU STICK TO IT???

Today was day two of my Dawn Challenge. I promised I would stick to it and food log...so far so good!!

Today:
Breakfast - 1 egg white on weight watchers flat bread with a slice of American Cheese
Lunch - Turker Burger - no bread
Snack - 1 large orange
Grilled chicken and a salad around 5

I did Zumba on the Wii this morning for about 45 minutes

Someone always is saying to KEEP THE PROMISES YOU MAKE TO YOURSELF...I AM :)

I tried to get the size 4's on - I got some time...

SPRING AHEAD!

Here is a reality check! Today we turn the clocks ahead one hour. I love longer days. I can't wait for the kids to play outside. This also means...there is 9 days til spring, 76 days til Memorial Day weekend begins and a mere 101 days til SUMMER is officially here!


Today seems like the perfect day to actually start that diet I have been talking about for months!
