I am totally not ready!!

The Metro Sexual Meteorologists said something insane this morning, possible flurries north and west for the weekend? What happened to Indian Summer? I still have my flip flops on. I haven't emptied out the beach bags yet! I literally do not know how to attempt a closet purge to find closed toe shoes, let alone boots!

Soooo not ready, I saw my first holiday commercial a few days ago and noticed all the artificial trees that now illuminate the pool stores throughout my town.

It's inevitable, as I age - time is flying. There are only 57 days til Christmas! Holy crap that just really put a different spin on this! I need to get my act together! Today on my day off I am going to empty those beach bags. redo my closet and make the appointment for the girls picture for holiday cards. The crunch is here and it's time for me at 40 years old to be organized!

The lazy days of summer are gone, the boat is pulled and there is no way I will go through another year of insanity and running around two days before Christmas with less than half of a list to complete.

The silver lining to this dark (and possibly snowy cloud) is that sooner or later MVP will return to the Jersey Shore. The RHONJ are already filming season 4. I am loving the new show Revenge, Those Mob Wives gotta be rearing their crazy heads again soon and I already have plans for New Years Eve!!!

The Spring/Summer will be here soon enough!

I am not sure what it is about these ladies, but I am hooked! Last night's episode was totally insane!

Okay - so Lee & D'rita are no longer fighting, so what do you do? Of course you have sexy pictures  professionally taken of yourself to send to your husband in jail! I do have to agree with her, that body is slammin!

Renee is finally whoring out her online service for having cards automatically sent to your favorite guy or gal incarcerated! Jail Mail will probably be on NASDAQ within the year, especially since Renee alone admitted to sending over 5,000 letters and cards to her friends and family that have been incarcerated over the past 20 or so years. That's a lot of writing!

We move on to the "SUNDAY DINNER SIT DOWN"...there was no other way for it to go down then the way it did! Carla basically calls Renee out by calling her a liar about the b/s between Renee and Carla's boyfriend, and if there is anything in this world Renee is not, is a liar! Carla concedes to fibber - Renee agrees to embelishing somethings. Then some how "Bitch" is brought into the lingo and the shoes are off!! No, really the shoes came off - the only way D'rita thought she could pull Carla and Renee off of each other was to take off her shoes, D'rita likes to be comfortable before she starts beating the crap out of people! Oh, I almost forgot about Karen! Karen rolls up on the dinner party to actually hear the yelling outside! She walks into Renee's house and immediately is in the mix! That's right Carla - your boyfriend had his finger so far up my a$$ at your birthday party! Turns out Carla's boyfriend has groped everyone.

So we leave this episode with Carla and Renee being pulled apart by Karen and D'rita - my bet is that those two will be brawling next Sunday!! The only thing I am looking forward to more is when we find out who Carla's ass grabbing, drunk texting, overly friendly boyfriend is!!!! Life is good!!!! Don't forget to tune into Real Housewives of New Jersey.....this might be my favorite season for TV, the only thing missing is the crazy Jersey kids!

April 17, 2011 the First Ladies of Staten Island have their own show. That's right boys and girls Mob Wives Series Premiere tonight on VH1. Renee, Carla, Drita and Karen are considered the most powerful women on TV.

We start our introductions with the obvious "BOSS"...Renee Graziano, daughter of Anthony Graziano. Renee has lived and breathed this life since day one. A true Mafia Princess, now a mother with a son to protect and keep out of the lifestyle she grew up in. She is the essences of power, who knows loyalty and will do anything for a friend.

Carla Facciolo is from Bergen Beach, Brooklyn, her father went away when she was young and she got involved with girls like Renee, girls who came from the Family. She married a stock broker who is in jail for a boiler room scandal. She is the mother of twins and a juice company rep, taking care of it all while her husband is away.

Drita D'avanzo is the wife of Lee D’avanzo, who the feds think is the leader of a Bonanno and Colombo farm team. Her husband is serving time in prison for his 2nd bank robbery. Drita is raising two young girls on her own. She is Albanian, not Italian. Her never give up attitude has her currently developing her own line of cosmetics.

And last but not least we have the "RAT"....or shall we say the Rat's daughter. Karen Gravano is the daughter of Sammy “The Bull” Gravano, a mobster who turned on the Family to help take down John Gotti and the Gambino crime family. Karen originally stayed in New York when her family relocated to Arizona, eventually met up with them. She is back and ready to face the ladies. She is a successful business woman who has written a book about her life.

No matter how these ladies are portrayed, this show will surely entertain. Having dated that "lifestyle" I can assure you there will be some interesting twists, turns and random knocks at the door to surprise everyone! TUNE IN!
