With oil reaching over $100 a barrel on the Stock Exchange from the turmoil in the Middle East, I wonder why the top news story is about Charlie Sheen having custody taken away of his twin boys and Christina Aguilera drunk in public. I am all about train wreck TV, but we are in SERIOUS TROUBLE!

If we don't make something happen, and soon, we will be in worse shape then this recession and horrible housing market already is. The jobless rate will soar higher. Why isn't our government stopping this from happening? What can be done?

We have been bloggin' since February 14, 2011.  We must admit - this whole process has been wicked cool!!! Just sixteen days young and we have exceeded our early expectations!  We have had over 6,400 views from all over the world. We are serious when we say that - and no one was more surprised then the two of us! We are being viewed in some really awesome places!  The comments have been up and increasing each day as well!  Our readership and following is growing stronger and it is both humbling and beyond amazing that sharing our voice and vision has been so well received.


At this time we would also like to thank our fabulous writers, Jillian, Marion, Patty, Tony, Jenn and Michael. You guys have been keeping everyone tuned in and we appreciate all the hard work and endless emails you endure!  We look forward to inviting new writers to submit articles in the near future. Encouraging others to find their "write" way to think, dream, act, endure and share. Also, a nod of KUDOS to our tech/artist friends, Laura, Gary, "Jay" and Janet  - your behind the scenes input and advice have saved us from having to post "technical difficulties, please stand by".  And, we love that you check, notice, and tell us the obvious, like, "It'd be good if the link worked". she calls it. We have lunch and then go around checking out the “up scale” thrift stores!
Yes, I said “up scale”! In this difficult recession, so many people are in serious financial
straits. Have you notices these thrift shops popping up all over? And they seem to be
thriving!

I see how it happens. Those kids in malls, at the parks, food stores, etc. They are dressed horribly. I see how it happens because it is happening right now to my Lily. Last week I broke down on a highway. This week I get in my car and the "check brake lining" light went off. I sit here in bed thinking, great this is going to be a fortune!  As Lily brings her clothes in to show me, what do I say?  "Lily that looks awesome". She is wearing a purple and cream dress with circles, red cardigan sweater, pink and brown striped tights and silver shoes. What a sight!

I never found Charlie Sheen remotely attractive. I find him even more repulsive thinking of all the hookers he has been with. There is no way I would allow that train wreck near my kids. Today's LUNCH TIME POLL is what makes Denise Richards and that Brooke chick even consider being with this louse? Why do women go back time and time again to men that are obviously toxic to themselves and everyone around them?

Let me start this one off by saying that I am not trying to piss anyone off with this post. I seriously need to hear from you guys to educate me!

This past weekend I got into some trouble. I run a comedy troupe with a business partner who is a female. She is one of my closest friends. At every show we do I like to take pictures & video then post them on all the usual sites. This past Friday we did a show & there was a picture from it showing two cast members and a bunch of audience members. The audience members were laughing, so I said to myself, "Self, this is a good picture to post because people will see us having a good time." What I failed to notice was that one of the cast members in the photo, a female cast member, had her back to the camera so her ass is in the shot.
