Barbara Ward-Finneran
When doubts creep in - be still and wait until your heart and mind can act with unity and courage.

Look to walk in beauty and allow grace, love and wisdom to surround you.
Open your heart to find the peace and truth that dwells in your soul.
When you foster these positive things, your fears and sadness are chased away as hope shines through!

Keep the promises that you make to yourself!

Chief Judge Belvin Perry ordered the release of the video of Casey Anthony’s reaction to seeing a video announcement of Caylee’s remains being found. Perry agreed with a local TV station that the once-secret recording is public record and the original reason for sealing it (concerns it would influence jurors in her murder trial ) is no longer a factor.
Anthony was acquitted in July of charges she killed her daughter Caylee Marie in 2008.
"The jail video is a public record subject to disclosure. The reason for sealing — Ms. Anthony's right to a fair trial — is no longer applicable…" Perry wrote in his order.
He also said there is no expectation of privacy in jail.
The ruling is the latest setback for Anthony and her defense team. Last week, Perry ordered her to pay $217,000 to authorities for costs related to investigating Caylee's disappearance.

The Orlando Sentinel downloaded the video and put it on its website.

WANNA LAUGH?!?!

These four gents go out to play golf one sunny morning. One is detained in the clubhouse, and the other three are discussing their children while walking to the first tee. "My son," says one, "has made quite a name for himself in the homebuilding industry. He began as a carpenter, but now owns his own design and construction firm. He's so successful in fact, in the last year he was able to give a good friend a brand new home as a gift."

The second man, not to be outdone, allows how his son began his career as a car salesman, but now owns a multi-line dealership. "He's so successful, in fact, in the last six months he gave a friend two brand new cars as a gift."

The third man's son has worked his way up through a stock brokerage and in the last few weeks has given a good friend a large stock portfolio as a gift.

As the fourth man arrives at the tee box, another tells him that they have been discussing their progeny and asks what line his son is in.

"To tell the truth, I'm not very pleased with how my son has turned out, he replies. "For fifteen years, he's been a hairdresser, and I've just recently discovered he's a practicing homosexual. But, on the bright side, he must be good at what he does because his last three boyfriends have given him a brand new house, two cars, and a big pile of stock certificates."

TREKKIE OR STAR WARRIOR? ASK WILLIAM SHATNER

Marion Pellicano Ambrose

In a recent interview with Andrea Reiher (Pop 2 it, Culture, Celebrity, With a twist) William Shatner voiced his opinion that Star Trek was better than Star WarsHe cited his major reason: Star Trek dealt with relationships, humanity and philosophical questions, and Star Wars was all special effects. He also stated that Star Trek now outdid Star Wars in special effects leaving the latter with nothing to recommend it over Star Trek.  Discussing female stars, Shatner said that even though Princess Leia was beautiful and Carrie Fischer was a good actress, she just couldn’t compare to the heroines of Star Trek.

So, Kirk or Han Solo; Spock or Chewbacca? Uhura or Padme’? Check out the Shatner interview and let us know where YOU stand. Are you a Trekkie or a Star Warrior?

ARE YOU A HOARDER???

Patty B
We have all seen the shows where one person or family is so compulsive with keeping EVERYTHING from wrappers and empty cartons to a zillion beanie babies. Where family and friends have a hard time engaging with that individual. When your compulsive addiction to keep things overwhelms your life and that is "hoarding".

WANNA LAUGH?!?! ... - New Years Addition

On Rosh Hashanah morning, the Rabbi noticed little Adam was staring up at the large plaque that hung in the foyer of the synagogue. It was covered with names, and small American flags were mounted on either side of it. The seven-year old had been staring at the plaque for some time, so the Rabbi walked up, stood beside the boy, and said quietly, "Good morning, Adam." "Good morning, Rabbi," replied the young man, still focused on the plaque. "Rabbi Resnick, what is this?" Adam asked. "Well, it's a memorial to all the young men and women who died in the service." Soberly, they stood together, staring at the large plaque. Little Adam's voice was barely audible when he asked: "Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur service?"
