IS THAT WHAT WE SAY?
Dawn Boyle
Happy Presidents Day, is that what we say to each other? We get today off and I know it's to honor Washington and Lincoln, but is this a holiday when you don't have to do anything? No cooking a special meal, no running around getting gifts, nothing. I am really starting to appreciate President's Day.
I intend to do what is best to honor Washington and Lincoln and that is to shop til I drop! I am out shopping for a new laptop and new clothes for everyone so we can go away in March. Over the weekend we took care of my husband, today it's the mother load - me and the girls. I am pretty sure when we are done Greg will be ready for a heart attack and we will have single handily fixed the economy!

Go fix that economy Ms. Dawn... you will be helping us all out, it's your duty, as an American!!
ReplyDeleteI am on it Deanna! Just did some online shopping to kick the day off, which Greg shovels!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd rather be shopping, or playing of any sorts or style... the school I teach at is open today. :(
ReplyDeleteReport back later - Dawn... I'll be living vicariously through you - be sure to cruise the shoe department!
Happy shopping day!
ReplyDeleteYes Dawn I have to agree I like this holday ten times less stress then some others. Its one of those holidays thats a Women Dream. Where if you have to go shopping you can buy for yourself and not feel guilty. "Oh yes Honey it was on Sale" for the President's Day (which in my terms means Present-for-me Day). Can we all say SHOES!!!!
