THE BEST AND THE WORST DRESSED at the GOLDEN GLOBES

Marion Pellicano Ambrose

I’m no fashion expert, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. These are my picks for the best and the worst from the red carpet for the 69th Golden Globe Awards.

Best:
My absolute favorite was Penelope Ann Miller in a classic, wine gown with a beautiful small train. Crisscrossing across the chest, and accented with a diamond choker, Penelope looked elegant, regal and gorgeous!

 2nd Best:
Lea Michele arrived in great style wearing a shimmering silver gown with a lacy back design. It fit like a glove and gave her a sleek, cultured look. Her short, stylish haircut was perfect for the full effect of the dress.

 Worst:
Belinda Montgomery, what were you thinking? The plain black chiffon underneath might have been nice, but the bluish gray coat, that didn’t quite fit, had to go!

2nd Worst:
Such a pretty lady and such a plain, cheap looking dress! Naya Rivera would have looked beautiful in anything, except this gray potato sack.

Finally, I have to mention the best dressed male at the Golden Globe:
The winner- Uggie the dog from “The Artist”!

Who was your “best and worst” from the Red Carpet? We’d love to hear if you agree or disagree with our picks. Feel free to comment!
