EATERY IS OPEN - "GUAC" & CHIPS

Guacomole and organic white

GUACAMOLE

3 Avocado's
1/2 cup red onion diced
1 ripe tomato (medium) diced
1 tsp of lime juice
salt


Split avocados in half, remove pit. spoon out avocado from skin into bowl. Mix in onions, tomatoes, lime juice and salt.

Serve cold with your favorite chips

  1. Very similar to my recipe, but I like to add some cilantro and a little jalapeño pepper as well!
