Life can be wicked.  Always so much to do... family, relationships, kids, work, household, dare I include social events, and all the details and hours entangled into those obligations.  Is it any wonder that relationships fall by the way side.  It's all to easy to allow the alliance that you have with your partner to fall to the bottom of the priority list.  WHY?!?! Shouldn't the relationship that is the biggest part of your life get a larger piece of the pie?  When there is stress present in that arena it carries over into other areas.  So why not focus some attention there? If your mate is happier and more attentive - chances are you will be too.  The trickle down affect can create positive repercussions across the board. There's no time, no energy, no funds... are all easy cop outs.  If you want it, make it happen.


It's a no brainer that when you put effort and time into something - it means more to you. Instead of accepting the lack of excitement find a way to foster and fabricate it.

Gentlemen, start your engines!  You are all too familiar with that phrase.  So don't expect the finish line without putting in the time for an engine check and to rev up that horsepower, or you are going to be spinning your sex-less wheels in the pit. Helping with the household and kids does constitute foreplay to many a woman! Give a little and you'll get some more! Give for your family & the house hold.  Then be certain to do something that is truly just for and about her!


Ladies, no one desires the "wham, bam, thank you ma'am, rollover, snore" scenario.  But, often, women allow this rut to run on and on. Give in, out of obligation rather then interest.  If you want to be noticed, get help, get attention -  before the late night sex request, then do something to be noticed. You might find your self empowered rather then exhausted if you dare to break out of the box and turn his head.


If you want more out of your relationship.  Get it done!  Approach as it as task to be completed.  Create a list.   Fill it with "no time at all" activities to increase your sexual confidence and build intimacy. If you build it, you both will.... (I'm gonna, let you fill in the blank there!) 

Knowing what it's like to draw a blank when you want to write, I'll help start the list.  It's your job to expand it, make it your own, and carry out the tasks at hand.  You'll feel better when you whittle it down with the cross offs, mark my words, your lover will too!
