I will be completely honest here.... one of them was fantastic the others were so so if not awful because of the things you listed.... all the rules, limits, emotional crap, etc. ruins it to the point where it doesn't live up to the hype.
I do feel a couple can get past the comfort & trust issues to the point where there is no jealousy & it's all pleasure but getting to that point takes a long time for most!
Of course having said all this... I am a man afterall.... I would do it again in a heartbeat.
