HE SAID....

Tony Walker

My masturbation post got a big response & this one is kind of related to that subject...
All of the women I've had serious relationships with (wives, girlfriends) hated when I watched porn. Some thought it was disgusting, some hated how it would get me all worked up, some for religious reasons.... of course one of my more serious relationships the girl hated it for religious reasons but later in life ended up LOVING porn. Just my luck.
A good friend of my first wife was more into porn than I was. She was my hero. What exactly is it about porn that turn so many women off?
Don't get me wrong here... I am not talking about crazy or weird shit. I'm talking about "regular" sex.
Sometimes it can be a good way to get the mood started. Sometimes the corniness or the phenomenal acting makes it funny to watch. Sometimes it gives you ideas of things to try at home. If it does get things started for you & your lover what can be so bad about it? So why do so many women hate porn? Do women claim to hate it because they feel some kind of competition? Do they really like it but are scared to admit it?
Porn is a much more acceptable business to be in now than it ever was. I think I may enter the porn business giving stump jobs. What would be a good porn name for me? (I only have one leg for those of you who don't know that. But that's a whole other blog.)

  1. When you first meet someone .. The passion is so intense you never need porn... I think to woman it is a reminder that we are with the wrong person or the passion is gone !!! Watching your partner need something like that is a constant reminder that they need more to get to that excited feeling !!! JUST SAYIN !!! To me it's a turn off !!

  3. Jennifer I totally agree that when two people first get together they don't need any help.
But the truth is for most couples after a while they do need something extra to keep things spicy. Is that wrong? If one person turns to porn (or anything else) to keep things exciting isn't that better than losing interest completely?
    Jackie that is hilarious!

  5. My friends and I just had a conversation about favorite movies and we all agreed and laughed that when we saw Basic Instinct with our date.....we could not get home quick enough to get it on!! I feel as long as the porn and self pleasure was not being used as a replacement but rather an enhancement. It could be educational....maybe you can learn of few tricks!!! Open communication with your partner is always the key!!!

  6. It everyone involved is happy it works! Even Oprah did a show on "Erotica", (the term preferred by most of the female gender, usually has a bit more plot then typical "porn") - It's become more "mainstream" them most want too admit. The popularity of Erotica videos - shows that it is being watched and embraced.

Try it, you might like it...
Been there, done that & didn't - then be honest with your partner as to the hows & whys. Communication is key and in the long run enhances everything.
