Dawn Challenge
Who thought this was a good idea anyway??? Stupid food log below.
3 egg whites and peanut chew TLC bar
tuna in water in a whole wheat pocket
shrimp with brown rice (1/4 cup cooked) and salad
1 weight watchers cookie
water...coffee...water....coffee BLAH BLAH BLAH!
SCALE HAS NOT MOVED!!!! I AM STARTING TO FREAK OUT OVER HERE!!!!
Don't shoot this messenger but Dawn I don't think your eating enough to lose. And can I ask at what time you are eating that matters to ? Did you know stressing about your weight can actually make your body halt and no weight will be lost.. sorry to be the bearer of this news. Relax go with the flow and you will be swimsuit material in no time flat.
ReplyDeleteI'm having the same problem, think we have to boost up the excercise! I am exhausted after working all day.....I hate this its not working! HELP!
ReplyDeleteAs a person of experience - 92 pound loss..... YOU NEED TO EAT MORE!!! Include more protein too! Slow and steady wins the race --- but you have to fuel your body. Stay motivated ladies! I am right there with you - I have not yet finished what I started - but I will. Nice to have a challenge to keep me motivated! :)
