KISS ME I'M IRISH - PART II

KISS ME I'M IRISH - Mar Chuid Dá (Part II)

Jillian B. Hart

She found herself very melancholy and couldn't even explain why if she had been asked.  Rather then give into the blues she fashioned on a casual emerald green dress and zipped up the knee length, spiked, black boots. Slipped into a leather jacket and headed out the door.  People watching always lifted her spirits and gave her inspiration to write.  What better night to gather in the sights.

She sat at the bar, taking in the blur of faces on the dance floor. The festive holiday sounds emanated through the room mixed with dance tunes.  Shiny plastic four leaf clovers and green beads dangled from necks and bounced across chests in erratic and off beat motions. Choirs of "Slainte" replaced the usual shouts of cheers followed by the clinks of beer mugs.  Green beer overflowed, yet, not her drink of preference so she had ordered Bailey's straight up.  Every one was Irish today.  Yet her Irish eyes were far from smiling.  Although she had never fancied this Irish pub in the city, perhaps this wasn't the right pub to observe the happy crowds, as something about the place reminded her of times gone by.

A finely manicured hand wrapped the glass.  She sip the creamy drink and felt it flood her with warmth. The sensation of the alcohol filling her up with a light headiness. She was so lost in thought as she took in the deluge of dancers and drinkers, that she hadn't noticed him.

He did a double take when he saw her. He had missed everything about her.  How many times had he seen her brown eyes when he closed his, remembering that night he never told her.  The night he let her say goodbye and walk out of a bar, and in essence walk out of his life. He didn't tell her.  Never told her what he should of said.  He just held it in. How were you supposed to ask someone to stay when you couldn't make any promises?  How do you ask that of a friend?  Even a friend that you loved with more passion then you were willing to admit to at the time.  That was night before she left to relocate across the country. It all flooded back, like it was days ago rather then over a decade into the past.

His heartbeat quickened.  As he took in the view across the bar.  Tendrils of hair framed her face and the bodice of her dress dipping to reveal the curves of cleavage and hug her frame.  His gaze danced over her taking in every inch that he could see, as his mind rushed to decide what action to take next.  Desire twisted inside him making his mind fill with all kinds of wickedly wild images.  A hotness flooded his groin and the blue jeans grew painfully tighter.  He started towards her, watching her perched elegantly on a stool with sparkling eyes darting around the room.
He tapped her shoulder and she turned to face him while brushing the curls from her face.  Astonishment initially flashed across her face, follow by recognition and anxious anticipation.  She held his gaze letting out a sexy breath as she began to speak.  He watched her pulse quicken at the base of her throat as he leaned in to take possession of her mouth before she could utter a word.  She went absolutely still for an instant before closing her eyes and melting into the moment.  Her lips parted more - as strong, gentle hands caressed her face.  The touch so familiar in her memory that she went breathless as she tasted the sweetness of his kiss in her mouth.  It inflamed a warmth in her that peaked between her crossed legs.  With his lips over hers, he gently sucked small dotting pecks across her maroon painted lips until their mouths instinctively opened up.  Tongues now danced in slow circular motions as he ran his fingers through her hair. Her body betraying her will to remain collected. Shivers electrified her and every emotion was released as she moaned. She was so responsive as their tongues tangled, that he thought he'd explode if he dared to imagine how she'd be when he got her alone.  His blood pulsed so fast it echoed in his ears, as goosebumps danced over her flesh awaking every erogenous zone in each of them.  Sparking a pool of moisture at the pinnacle where her thighs met. He pulled her closer and she slid off the stool pressing their bodies together.  Her scent closed over him like the first pure snow white washes a landscape. The intensity growing until she eased away and gently broke the embrace.  The sound of the crowd sobering them back to their senses.  Leaning back on his heals he gazed into her eyes waiting for feedback or retort. Long lashes curtaining the feelings smoldering in the depths of her expressive eyes. The seemingly long pause made him toy with apologizing for ravishing her in public.  But, he couldn't articulate the words, as he was only sorry that he couldn't finish what he started.  She drew a deep steady breath before she spoke.  Her voice low and sexy, a melody he'd never forgotten, sexual sparks hanging in the air, "Where have you been hiding? I've missed you..."

Her Irish eyes smiling brightly as a mischievous grin flashed across her glossy lips. She grabbed his hand and said, "Let's get out of here".
Happy Post St. Patrick's Day!

Kissing is one of the most sensual and sexy ways too express your passion for your partner.  So many ways to get erotic with your lover but most often the starting point is a kiss.  A lingering embrace of lips that leaves your mate longing for more and daydreaming about you long after the moment is gone.

In the chaos of life it is all too easy to forget the power of the kiss.  All to easy to fall into the "smooch" and or "smack' syndrome. The quick peck that has become habit and essentially is so over used that it means nothing. This cordial interaction certainly doesn't raise a pulse.  Day in and day out, reality gets in the way and these kisses have their place but to keep sparks from fizzling a couple must define time to include romantic passionate kisses in their daily love diet.  These encounters need not be saved for "bedroom time" but should rather be used often as prelude to escapades yet to come.  What is more exciting then anticipation?  You want your lover to desire you,  then it is necessary to lay one on them that leaves them longing for more.  Sexy kissing is all about a moment that makes your partner crazy for you.  Kissing must not just be a road map to sex but rather an appreciated act of pleasure unto itself.

Take the time to add a sexy kiss into your day.  If you have been dwelling in smooch-ville you may need to start slowly or risk the "what got into you suspicion".  But start.  As this might just be your ticket to "do it again in like, 72 hours or less".  At least one of your hands must touch your partner.  Don't stress about this or make it complicated.  Put your hand in their hair. Caress the cheek. Lift and hold the chin. Rub the arm. Wrap the waist. Pull them closer a hug.  Just initiate a simple yet intimate connection.  Follow up with kiss.  Not smooch or smack.  Lips must linger together for at least 10 seconds. Or be a series of tiny butterfly pecks that elapse over the same length of time. Sound easy?  Count slowly in your head to ten the next time you kiss. It's longer then you think! Once you master ten - go longer!

Want more sex?  (Doesn't it always come down to that for some?!)  More intimacy for the others? I challenge you to incorporate three ten second kisses into your day on a daily basis for a week.  See what awakens in you and your lover.  See if more sex develops.  See if she's happy about it.  We all know he will be.  Sex makes men happy.  Let's see where the kisses get you.....

So in honor of this day - where everyone is Irish!  Celebrate the whole "Kiss Me I'm Irish" and unleash your inner sexy kissing leprechaun!  Kiss your lover!!! Beats the hell out of kissing the blarney stone!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
XOXOXO

SHE SAID... LOVE ALWAYS REMAINS

JILLIAN B. HART
"If two points are destined to touch the universe will always find a way to make the connection. Even when all hope seems lost certain ties cannot be broken. They define who we are and who we can become. Across space,  across time, across paths we cannot predict, it always finds a way......."

Can love be defined as an energy between two people? If energy can neither be created nor destroyed, does that then too mean that love can never be created or destroyed?  That love just is.  Always was.  Always will be. It’s there.  Destined to find us.  Once we love a person does every action in our lives touch on some chord that will vibrate in eternity in their heart? We can not deny how we feel.  We can attempt to bury it and ignore it.  Put it in a box and hide it away.  Yet, it never ceases to exist. Is that why when someone says they love you, it makes you really happy, but yet you don’t really “feel” it.  It was already there before the words were spoken. But, if someone takes that love away, or says they don’t love you anymore, you can feel every ounce of where it filled you up drain away.  Leaving you feeling empty.  Out of energy.  That energy is still there. It cannot be created nor destroyed.  It’s just not wrapped around you anymore.  It becomes a conscious intention as to how we move on from that kind of change in the energy in our little corner of the world.  Some may positively interact with it forever or act as if it never was.  There is no escape.  It’s part of your personal infinity.  Love never leaves you.  It’s energy just changes.
The “Red Thread of Fate” which also has other varying names like “Red Thread of Destiny” refers to an East Asian belief or myth that the god’s tie a red string around those destined to meet.  Some believe that two are tied together with a knot and the others are just looped around to cause a more temporary connection.  Both ideas expressing that we are inextricably connected to certain people.  Perhaps even to all people like expressed in the idea of “six degrees of separation”.  Every interaction has an impact on the string or thread.  It gets tangled, stretched, beaten and battered but never breaks.  All kinds of shifts can take place but the path of the connected thread is a constant.  It inexorably weaves it’s way with you through life linking you and your common connections in the universe.
According to Chinese legend, the god in charge of “The Red Thread” is believed to be Yuè Xià Lǎo, the old lunar matchmaker deity, (Ah, yes the moon! Another source of energy commonly symbolic to lovers - but that’s another blog.), who is also in charge of marriages.  Two people connected by the thread are then destined to be lovers.  Fated to be connected regardless of time, place or circumstances.  Regardless of a happy life or existence that goes on without daily interactions with the other.  The thread never breaks.  So similar to the Western concepts of soul mates or twin flames.
Tony recently did a He Said, asking; “Do You Have a One that Got Away?”.  I believe many people do - even if they admit it or not.
A person can have a good life.  Be happy with their mate, kids, family and still have a forever connection to another.  Not want to give up a thing that they have right now. Not want to risk the good and happy relationship that is their life, yet part of them yearns for that other person.  Perhaps, Facebook isn’t responsible for this resurfacing of emotions that seem so commonplace in our tech world as Tony wrote about in his post.  Apparently "the One That Got Away" has to do with love.  Love that can not be created or destroyed. It always was and always will be.  Perhaps, the “Red Thread of Fate” explains it.  It’s not a matter of “the One that Got Away” but rather, the fact is, if you choose to acknowledge it - YOU CAN NEVER GET AWAY.  LOVE ALWAYS REMAINS!

Can fantasy measure up to reality?
Jillian B. Hart

They had shared so much.  An affair of emotions that dripped in fantasy.  Distance, time and circumstance robbed them of interaction.  Theirs was a virtual world of dreams and indiscretions.  Yet, she often wondered... if ever --- would all they imagined ever measure up?  Could reality move the world off it's axis - like the words and interchanges on a screen - left her breathless and wet with desire?  She closed her lash rimmed eyes and shook off the thoughts - refocusing on their last interaction as she lay in her bed.  A long sexy breath escapes her as she closes her eyes to lose herself in the memory...

His eyes locked on her, as she bathed in a waterfall in the tropical paradise.  The cool waterarousing her senses and causing her chest to swell and nipples be erect.  The sensory simulation enticing, as her head tilted back to rinse her hair.  So lost in the simple pleasure that she hadn't noticed his arrival. Hadn't noticed him gazing at her every move. If she had, she may have become overcome with vexation rather then lost in the self indulgence of her nakedness.  The rushing sound of the waterfall made it easy for him to slide into the lagoon and approach her undetected.  Longing to surprise her, he swam up behind her - only to have the wonderment be on him - when she turned in the water and launched herself at him.  Both of them falling into the shallow caress of the waters.

Laughing. Splashing.  Groping. Fondling. In ways that rivaled any teenage fantasy or love-fest.  Entangled theyworked their way to shore.  The mist of the falling waters in the breeze still spraying their skin as the sun warmed them and they fell into the soft fine sand.   Massaging her bronzed flesh with pressure and untamed passion.  The touch of his hands, pure rapture to her.

Without a word, there was complete direction.  He read every cue that her body sensuously displayed.  And, when body language lacked enough intensity she'd guide his hands.  The sun adding heat to a moment sparked enough to combust fire.  Hands lost on each other - exciting every fiber of their beings. Awakening every nerve to send shivers racing the length of her spine. Unyielding palms and fingers worked the sun drenched bodies that glowed with a hint of inviting erotic sweat.  Shoulders. Neck. Down the small of her back.  Each movement pulsing with strength and pressure that told of the sensual acts to come.  As he nibbled on the bare flesh of her neck she felt fire in her core, yet shivered with anticipation.  His arms wrapped her from behind and his hands slid smoothly over her hips and caressed the soft skin just above her pelvis. Rubbing back and forth and climbing higher and higher.  She leaned back.  Melting into him.  Losing herself in every lascivious movement gliding over fleshy mounds that swelled with tension and want.  She turned her head over her shoulder to kiss him.  Lips fell open as impassioned tongues danced together.  Kissing him deeper, taking him in, sliding back and forth over his mouth and tongue, insinuating the motions of the salacious sex she desired...

She Said... SEXPECTATIONS

Jillian B Hart
After reading Tony's "He Said" from earlier today, where he ponders the "whys", "whens", and "wheres" of sex fitting into life -  it begs for a response.  Yet, all he got was crickets... not a comment was made!

The majority of men always wanting sex is a familiar concept.  As is that theme being a common thread in Tony's "He Said" posts.

According to Kinsey, (in a study done prior to the avenues available on the Internet),  54% of men think about sex several times a day.  Recalling memories of recent romps, fantasizing the future possibilities, as well as daring to day dreaming the wildest desires, all play a part in these carnal cravings that feed the need for some "lovin". At this point in time, it seems to me, many would agree - that number of 54% is grossly underestimated.  LOL

The NEWS FLASH however may be that many women want sex all the time too!   Sex in it's many amazing forms is singularly the most pleasurable act that a man and woman can engage in together.  Sex is and should be AMAZING!  Man or woman, who doesn't want to partake in an astounding erotic event? Sex is easy to come by --- whereas, love, connection and intimacy can be hard to pin point or even find in some relationships.  Males look for sex and find love... Females look for love and find sex. Of course a long term relationship with a lover sweetens the deal and both should happen and co-exist.  Yet that doesn't wash away that the thought process is different and therein lies the conflicting issues.  Our "sexpectations" are different.  If a guy gets off it's been good or even great - a woman needs more then the physical finish to feel fulfilled.

The road to nookie must be paved with intentions.  It matters not so much as to what is going on in life at that moment, whether it be - LIFE IS GOOD, or STOP THE WORLD I WANT TO GET OFF - as to what support is going to be had in the rest of life that doesn't involve sex.

When your world is in crisis or days are blurring by with wonderment --- If a woman feels connected to her man, knows he's there emotionally, spiritually and physically to support her and their relationship and be part of a PARTNERSHIP then the rest flows freely.  It comes easily.  But if a woman feels like you aren't plugged into her and her feelings... then there "just ain't no turning it on!"

That said... I will play devils advocate here and say - I'd bet some women play games with their men, his sexual prowess, and limitless libido, knowing all too well you can't always have your lollipop and lick it too!  Perhaps fellas, you need to know how to play back to win the game!

WHEN FORTY FEEL LIKE SIXTEEN

DRL is thrilled to introduce our newest contributor...
Michele Rohyans

Starting out in a new relationship is always an adventure. Before we begin, I want to make it clear that this is not a bitter piece; in fact, it is very much the opposite.  This is a piece about the joy of opening your heart just when you were pretty sure you were OK with life just as it was...

When you are in your teens romantic love is a completely new concept, and you rush in, as you do most things at that age, with the assurance that there is no way anything painful will result...until it does. However, young hearts, most young hearts anyway, are quick to heal. Soon you are off and running again down that dangerous, twisting, rocky, hilly path, at break neck speed, forgetting that just a short time ago one of those emotional trees rose up in the middle of the path (when you were least expecting it of course) and SMACK! You went down with a thump as one of the lower limbs skewered your heart breaking it into a million pieces (melodramatic I know, but that is how things are when you are in your teens). Yet, and at the time it is really not what you want to hear, this is “puppy love” and like training wheels on a bicycle serves to prepare us for the next phase which is love in the twenties.

HE SAID....

Tony Walker

Here's one that's probably going to get me crucified!

Ladies.... why do you get so hung up over us guys trying to get you to kiss other women?

It's fun, it's sexy, it's hot, it's sexy, it's beautiful, & it's hot!! What's wrong??

There's been posts on here by me & some others... but mainly me.... about how we all need to loosen up & just enjoy the lovemaking with our partners. Doesn't this fall under that category?

Yes I am one of those men who think 2 gorgeous women kissing is the biggest turn on. To me there is nothing sexier than 2 naked women kissing. Am I a pig? Probably. But this is me & most other men.
Don't get me wrong... I am not replacing this for romance or true lovemaking. I am also not saying this is better than a romantic night with your soulmate. What I am saying is that there is nothing wrong with this as a way to spice things up.

I know some women who love a little girl on girl sometimes. I doubt I'll get someone on here to back me up. But I know you girls are out there!
