If you go out for lunch, make sure the restaurant 

 you choose serves chocolate. 

Otherwise, you'll be forced to bring your own.

Eating chocolate will sometimes induce a euphoric 

 state of bliss. That's why people sing around 

a campfire after they've eaten s'mores.

The cake is still in the oven , but you've already dug 
into the frosting. That's being proactive.
